Seeing is believing... Randek SF022 AutoEye Truss System for high volume manufacturing efficiency

Fully automated roof truss production; extreme capacity with a 9 seconds per nail plate cycle time; high industrialised quality; adaptive pressing force according to the nail plate and timber thickness...  prepare to be impressed by the Randek SF022 AutoEye Truss System.

“With many manufacturers needing to increase levels of production whilst also improving overall manufacturing efficiency, simply throwing more people at a problem is not always the best way to solve it”, says Karl Foster, Wolf Systems Sales and Marketing Director.  “The Randek AutoEye is unique in our industry because it combines volume production capabilities with automated processes.

“With one machine and just two operators, the process of setting up, pressing and stacking a truss is completely automated. High production rates are entirely achievable. But most importantly the cycle time isn’t adversely affected by truss type or truss shape as it is with more conventional manufacturing equipment.”

Randek’s Managing Director, Ola Svensson is convinced that UK-based manufacturers can benefit from the AutoEye. “Randek’s automatic truss press is hugely effective, decreasing the manpower necessary to manufacture roof trusses in significant volumes, to the highest quality standards.

“When we have a serious discussion with potential customers for the AutoEye, we can prove to them that an investment in the SF022 makes more financial sense than the alternative machinery on the market. Add to that improved quality from the automated process, plus the ability to log and measure production capacity automatically and we think our equipment has a lot to offer. We’d encourage manufacturers to have that discussion with us.”
